Pre Orders not valid for any other offers, discounts, or promotional programs. Orders may still be placed after order cutoff 10 17 2024 but will be considered a waiting list in the event of short supply.

Customers that opt to make a full deposit on their order agree that this is a contractual obligation to purchase a product and that should they cancel after 10 17 2024 they will incur a 20% restocking fee to be taken out of their refund. 

Customers that opt to pay partial deposit on their order agree that this is a contractual commitment to purchase a product and the deposit is non refundable in the event that they do not finish their purchase by close of business on 5 25 2025 their order will be cancelled and the product will be disposed of at the convenience of the seller. Partial deposit valid for in store pickup only.  Customer agrees to pay the remainder of the full retail price upon in store delivery of product.

Customers that opt for the wait list will only be allocated product from the shelf supply ordered by the seller and from cancelled or abandoned orders. Wait list only valid for in store pickup only. Customer agrees to pay full retail price upon in store delivery of product.

In the event of short supply orders that are paid in full prior to 10 17 2024 will be prioritized over any others and all other allocation of product will be done one a first come first served basis.

Orders that cannot be fulfilled within the first printing will be refunded in full no later than 5 25 2025. Offer not valid after product street date 4 25 2025.
